Landsea Homes Breaks Ground on 880 New Homes for Freedom at Anthem in Kyle, Texas

– Construction has begun on Landsea Homes’ first ground-up Texas community

Austin, Texas (June 19, 2023) — Landsea Homes Corporation (Nasdaq: LSEA) (“Landsea Homes” or the “Company”), a publicly traded residential homebuilder, officially broke ground on 880 homes for a new community called Freedom at Anthem in Kyle, Texas.

A groundbreaking celebration at the construction site was attended by senior executives from Landsea Homes, local officials, as well as members of the media. Freedom at Anthem is expected to grand opening in 2024.

Homes at Freedom at Anthem will range from 1,500 to 2,900 square feet with different floorplans offering three to five bedrooms and options for the primary bedroom on the first floor, dramatic vaulted ceilings, gourmet kitchens and luxury showers. Pricing will be announced at a later date.

Residents will enjoy The Central Park Amenity Center which boasts a lap pool and beach entry, playground area, pickleball and basketball court, soccer field, bocce ball court, open-air pavilion, homeowners’ clubhouse, community garden, walking circuit and more.

All homes at Freedom at Anthem will be equipped with Landsea Homes’ High-Performance Home features, including smart home automation technology utilized by the Apple HomeKit™ environment. Anthem is a 422-acre master-planned community located along FM 150 and I 35 at the gateway to the Texas Hill Country. At full buildout, Anthem will include approximately 1,500 single-family homes, an elementary school and limited commercial space.
